This portrait is a 10-year project. Every 10 years, I paint a portrait of my husband to capture the time for both of us and to see how we change as individuals, as a couple, and also in our appearance. The background tells the story that we both love to travel and explore new places. The aurora borealis subtly features silhouettes of places we find beautiful.

A portrait of this size costs €6,500. A portrait measuring 50x70 cm starts at €4,900.
The reference photos will be taken personally by me, and a small sketch will be created for color consultation.
The production time is approximately 6 to 8 months.
The oil painting will be created using the finest oil paints, hand-mixed in New York, to ensure high color brilliance.
A portrait of this kind will endure generations and will still exhibit the same quality in 400 years. It is a way to achieve immortality and enjoy the present while leaving something for future generations.
